Hye, today I want to share the food that you can eat to look young and prevent cancer.
What is free radicals?
Have you guys ever heard of free radicals?
Free radicals can be in the air, pollution, toxin, processed food, uv sunlight, smoking, stress or produced by our own body.
Free radicals are unstable molecules, thus they attack/ steal from healthy cells causing damage to the cells and thus diseases or cancer.
That is why people who are in a state of stress/ exhaustion, lack of rest age way faster.
Smokers age faster as well.
People who are exposed to uv sunlight age faster than those who protect themselves well.
